Service Features

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Requirements

Cancellation

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UXAS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

Service Level Agreement

• We target 99.9% uptime for paid subscriptions
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
• We provide status updates during service disruptions
• Service credits may apply for extended outages

In no event shall UXAS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UXAS from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data after a reasonable period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].
